1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the company website at digivill.tech, operated by DIGIVILL TECH LLP, including its company information, product directory, careers invitation, and contact form.
Our products, apps, and other linked services have their own privacy policies and terms. This policy does not describe how those products handle information. Please read the policy on the individual product website when using it.
2. Information we receive
- Contact form: your name, email address, selected enquiry topic, message, and optional company or website details.
- Email and careers enquiries: the information you choose to send, such as your contact details, introduction, portfolio links, CV, or attachments.
- Technical information: service providers may process your IP address, browser information, request times, referring page, and request details when delivering the website, fonts, or contact form and protecting them against abuse.
Only include information relevant to your enquiry. The company website does not require you to create an account.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential collaborations, consider careers introductions, maintain relevant correspondence, operate the website, prevent spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sending a message does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not sell enquiry information.
4. Service providers and external links
We use services that receive information needed to provide their function:
- Web3Forms: our contact form sends the information you enter to Web3Forms for processing and email delivery. Its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may also process submission and technical information. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Email providers: messages and replies are handled by the providers operating our email accounts and your email account.
- Google Fonts: your browser requests font styles and files from Google to display the website’s typography. These requests share technical information with Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Website hosting and security: hosting providers, including Cloudflare when used for this website, may process request and security information to serve pages and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
These providers may process information in countries outside India, depending on their infrastructure. Opening an external product, profile, or status link takes you to a service governed by its own policies.
5. Browser storage and cookies
We save your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage under digivill-theme. This preference is not sent by our website code with your contact message and remains until you change it or clear the website’s stored data.
The current website code does not set advertising cookies or include analytics scripts. Hosting, form-delivery, or security providers may use their own necessary technologies as described in their policies.
You can clear site storage or restrict cookies in your browser settings. If local storage is unavailable, the website still works, but your theme preference may not be remembered.
6. Retention and security
We keep enquiry and careers correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, relevant follow-up, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention may depend on the type of enquiry; service providers have their own retention practices.
The contact form sends messages to Web3Forms over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect correspondence and limit access to people who need it for the relevant purpose. No method of online transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank, or contact us by email instead. You can also clear browser preferences at any time.
To ask about information you have shared, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email team@digivill.tech. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information and consider any applicable retention requirements.
If information about a child has been shared with us and you want it reviewed or removed, a parent or guardian can contact the same address. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
